@Legendaryy Trying to make Hermes an OpenClaw replacement is not going to work currently. They designed Hermes to be an “Agent”. It’s not built to be a director, though can try to force it into that box with tweaking. OpenClaw is built to be a director. 

Hierarchy set ups are the way to go.

The best set up I’ve found through tons of experimentation is: 
OPENCLAW —> PAPERCLIP AI —> HERMES AGENT.

The easiest no hassle set up I’ve found: 
CODEX APP —> PAPERCLIP AI —> HERMES AGENT.
