Proposes a Shopify-like third-party developer environment to secure X API keys within exclusive apps

@elonmusk @openclaw X API is great but still not affordable at scale, it makes sense for not giving away the keys to castle for scrapers and wrongdoers.

Possible solve: Make a third party dev environment like Shopify so developers can create X exclusive apps (as in the key can only be used in app)
