Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OpenClaw Alpha, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or any related services.
OpenClaw Alpha may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
What the Service Includes
OpenClaw Alpha currently offers a public prompt library, a public playbook library, Google-based account access, paid subscriptions and one-time booster packs for image-generation quota, file upload and download features, and related account tools.
Some prompts and playbooks are curated by us. Some playbooks may be imported from public third-party sources and displayed together with source attribution and links.
Accounts
- You must use a valid Google account or other login method we explicitly support in the future.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for maintaining the security of your Google account and devices.
- We may suspend or restrict account access if we reasonably believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or provider requirements.
Content, Ownership, and License
- The site design, software, prompt library, playbook library, branding, and other service content are owned by OpenClaw Alpha or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
- You represent that you have the necessary rights to any prompt text, uploaded files, or other content you submit through the service.
- You retain whatever rights you have in your own inputs and uploads, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve delivery of the service.
- Generated outputs may be subject to the terms, limits, and intellectual-property rules of the underlying model or third-party provider and applicable law.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content or conduct.
- Do not attempt to bypass quotas, payment flows, security controls, access restrictions, or administrative boundaries.
- Do not upload malware, run automated abuse, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or interfere with site performance.
- Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.
- Do not scrape or republish substantial parts of the service in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or our legitimate interests.
Subscriptions, Booster Packs, and Quotas
- Paid products may include recurring subscription plans and one-time booster packs. Product details, prices, billing intervals, included quota, and availability are shown on the pricing page or checkout flow at the time of purchase.
- Checkout and payment processing are handled by our payment provider, Creem. Your purchase may also be subject to Creem's terms and checkout disclosures.
- Where a product renews automatically, renewal and cancellation are governed by the provider workflow and checkout terms presented when you purchase.
- Quota balances may reset, expire, or be revoked according to the applicable product rules, plan type, billing state, or abuse-prevention decisions.
- Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout or in writing by us, fees are non-refundable.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you also acknowledge that policy.
Third-Party Services and Public Sources
- We rely on third-party services such as Google for authentication, Creem for payments, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, APIMART or similar providers for image-generation task processing, and analytics providers.
- Playbooks may contain public-source attribution and links to third-party platforms. We do not control those platforms or their terms, policies, or availability.
- Your use of third-party services or third-party content may be subject to separate terms and policies from those providers.
Availability and Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including prompt listings, playbook listings, pricing, quota rules, integrations, or model providers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent file storage, or that any specific third-party provider or model will remain available.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important outputs or files.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, harmed other users, or caused operational abuse.
We may also remove content, files, prompt entries, playbook entries, or account access when required by law, provider policy, or security needs.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that prompts, playbooks, generated outputs, third-party source information, or any other content will be accurate, complete, available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenClaw Alpha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect product, operational, or legal changes.
When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the Effective Date.
